The refrigerator in the guest room (a suite) is too noisy. The entrance to the garage can use some signage (or even just paint on the road surface, to keep it simple).

Our favorite base for visiting Champaign. We can relax and cook for ourselves, or enjoy the many nearby dining options. The covered parking is a plus in bad weather.

Nice hotel, great location

Room very nice. We enjoyed it. The bathroom glass door needs repairs because of a water build up. Sink was clogging. Cleanliness needs work. But overall nice hotel, nice people, nice location. Great room design.

Absolutely love this property. Since my last visit they have renovated and done it beautifully. It’s convenient, cozy and so much like home. Front desk Lenard and Kevin are amazing and helpful. The breakfast by American standards is fine but they can consider replenishing items that have been consumed. Absolutely recommend this one … 5 ⭐️
