Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is situated on a dirty narrow street full of tyre fitting shops. Waited at the reception for 20 min until receptionist woke the hotel manager up as he himself didnt know how to check me in. Staff were rude, no eye contact no common courtesy shown. Led to the room and it was filthy. Stained bedsheeets, broken tiles, unsafe air conditioner and dont even get me started on bathroom. Reality is nothing like pictures of their webpages. Checkedin and checked out straight away as i refuse to be put up in absolute filth especially when I sm paying for it.
