The place was perfect. Coffee maker and kettle were great for morning coffees. The room was spacious with a couch and a small fridge. Well situated...only 10 minutes from the bus station and right in the old town on a pedestrian only street. Clean, quiet and easy communication with the owners. Absolutely a gem and i highly recommend it.

Perfect location for exploring the city

The location was excellent and accommodation quite comfortable. Information re check-in quite late arriving and bedside lights needed charging - fortunately we had correct charger. Kitchen well-equipped.

The accommodation is in the heart of the old city and very conveniently located. However the accommodation is quite quiet and tucked away and has space to sit outside.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. Only by dumb luck did we find someone on the street who knew her and called her or we would have been sleeping on the street. Was a very stressful experience after a long day of traveling with many delays.

Excellent location and fabulous, well appointed,spacious room. In the pedestrian zone, but 50’ walk from road where taxi dropped us off. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

We found this apartment to be well situated in the old town and very convenient to the sights and well surrounded by good dining options. It is clean and modern and set up to accommodate some easy cooking and eating at home. The washing machine was a big plus for us. We had a balcony/ deck which was great for sitting outside. There was a welcoming bottle of wine, some raki and nibbles provided. The house keeper was lovely and very helpful to us.

Nice place but loud late at night.

We liked the room (room 2) and the location for accessing Old Town. However, it is really loud late at night. Both nights there was loud activity until 3:30 in the morning.

Awful experience - do not book Centro Storico

This was a pretty awful experience. I did not end up staying at Centro Storico because there was no wi-fi when I arrived. I was told the signal is generally weak in the historical center, but the cafes around the corner had a strong signal... I waited for an hour and went for dinner, but the problem persisted. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel to be able to attend an important online meeting. I called the manager to ask for a refund and she was incredibly unfriendly and kept saying I was wrong about the weak signal (even though the employee at the site confirmed it). Please do not stay here, the service is awful and there are many nice places closeby!!

Apartment is beautiful and clean. My family of 5 was very comfortable. AC worked great! Location is perfect. Right in the heart of restaurants and shopping. Hostess was great-very responsive Highly recommend!

Great stay in the centre of Chania

Fantastic room in the heart of Chania old town. Plenty to see and do and only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour. Room was very clean and great touches such as USB ports, pressure shower and Coffee Pod machine. Would definitely stay again.
