Two side-by-side homes, sharing one courtyard. Perfect for large groups or families that need a private space in the center of Old town of Chania. Newly refurbished, both homes can accomodate in total up to 14 people! Located in an unrivaled position, steps from the Venetian harbor and its iconic lighthouse! This is one of the very few high-quality listings in the area of Chania offering a relaxing, worry-free stay. Fully equipped, one parking spot available.

This is a group of two homes, both sharing one courtyard. House 1 consists of a 2-floor home with four (4) fully equipped bedrooms. 3 fully equipped bathrooms are located for your convenience in both floors! All rooms (except 1 out of the 4 bedrooms) are air-conditioned, wifi is available, towels/linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.

House 2 is on the ground floor, next to house 1 (different entrance door) with direct access to the courtyard. It has two bedrooms with queen sized beds and super comfortable mattress. Both with their own A/C for these warm summer nights, appropriate furniture and beautiful colors! Totally new bathroom, beautifully designed with bright colors. White sinks, warm water and all essentials provided. Also clean and fresh new towels for our guests. Kitchen is new with clean surfaces, bright colors and fully equipped for preparing any meal you feel like. All kinds of pans and pots, cutlery and pantry items available. Various brand new, small electrical appliances are available.

Every single detail is taken care of for our guests! From the High-quality linens up to the serene lemon tree courtyard. Fully equipped and top of the line amenities, equipment, and facilities for your worry free vacations in one of the most popular streets of the old Venetian town of Chania City!

The habitat of a home has to be elegant, clean and uncluttered, easy to navigate and use with everything a modern person may need for a satisfying and safe stay.

Our Home is isolated and safe, perfect for small family vacations offering all needed amenities. Professional cleaning services are used between checkin-checkout. Absolute privacy is offered at both indoors and outdoors.

We are located at an alley street, steps away from the Venetian Harbor. Literally, in the heart of the old town of Chania.

In seconds you will wonder around the narrow alleys of the old town, meet locals and people of the area, find out about our history and multicultural heritage, find great restaurants or cafes to sit by the port or into secret narrow alleys to enjoy your time in the best way possible! If you are after romance, relaxing moments or vibrant nightlife then Chania, during summer, is a safe bet!

This is an authentic part of the old town of Chania full of history, culture, art and young people but at the same time located in a quiet area.

We are seconds away from the Old Market, the Venetian harbor and lighthouse and also at a very short walking distance from the central bus station. In Chania, you will also find free municipal bicycles that you can use for the duration of your stay!

Other things to note:
-This listing consists of two independent listings of their own. It is available for large groups who want to book both locations at the same time at a competitive price. They are located next to each other and offer absolute privacy and comfort.

--Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2025. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
