Το σπίτι είναι ευήλιο και ευάερο με άνετους χώρους. Πολλαπλό πάρκινγκ-δωρεάν με πρόσβαση σε μεγάλη αυλή και σε παρακείμενο κήπο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρεφική κούνια παρέχεται μετά από συνεννόηση. The house is sunny with comfortable and spacious rooms. Free ample parking with access to a big yard and to a nearby garden. It has view to the sea. Baby bed available upon request. Δημοτικό πάρκο Αγίων Αποστόλων με πρόσβαση στις αντίστοιχες παραλίες. Εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, φαρμακείο, σούπερ μάρκετ κλπ. στα 100 μέτρα. Επίσης παρέχω πληροφορίες για το που θα πάτε και τί θα δείτε.
Nearby park of Agioi Apostoloi with access to the beach. Restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, super-market etc.. at 100m. I also provide information of where to go and what to see.
Rest and relaxation hours 15:00/15:30-17:00/17:30 and 22:30/23:00-07:00/07:30.

Visitors are allowed only if you notify me 24h before check in.
In case visitors decide to stay for a night there is an extra charge.
Rental permit regulations require registration of all guests and visitors.
Max. occupancy is 7 persons included everyone over 5 years of age.
If there is a change in the number of persons who made the reservation remember to send us an update.
Unnamed guests / visitors are subject to additional charge else it is at the discretion of the host to cancel the reservation.
Please provide us the number of a valid passport if you are travelling outside the E.U. or ID if you are traveling within the EU! Greek citizens must provide their ''Α.Φ.Μ.'' number! All the above data are required by Greek law and will only be used for tax purposes.
No subletting the house to other guests and the party who booked the reservation must be present all nights and be the last one to leave.
SAFETY: Children should be supervised by their parents at all times.
PETS: Up to 1 dog is allowed - must show proof of current rabies vaccines and have flea/tick preventive medicine applied. 35€ fee does not cover any damage caused by your pet and does not cover cleaning of excessive hair - please clean up hair and waste from your pet.
For the winter months there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, an electric stove and a fan heater. If you want heating via radiators in the living room and the kitchen you must ask for the extra charge.
It is forbidden to take any kind of objects and blankets outside of the accommodation.
Please dispose toilet paper in the bin not in the bowl.
Generally respect the space and me as your host, i will be more than glad to answer any questions.
There is a camera facing the stairs and it will be on during your stay.
