The food at this hotel is delicious, only issue is that I couldn’t download the menu and when I walked over to reception, the receptionist wasn’t much help, in spite of my Spanish being perfect. The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at Memora again

Not busy during week except on weekends. Heated pool very much appreciated. Pool side furniture not comfortable. Not close to shops so a car is required and it’s located very close to busy and noisy highway.

The bed was hard as a rock. The food was awful. The service from the restaraunt was the worst I have ever seen. There was no wifi. I checked out as soon as possible. The hotel said they would refund my money immediately. It took two weeks to get a refund. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Nice location.

We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful.

The casitas were in a different building than the hotel. We had to take the elevator up one flight and then exit the hotel to the casitas. In the morning the entrance door to the hotel from the casitas was LOCKED and nobody was at the front desk! We were locked out of the hotel and car access for 10 minutes until a maid walked down the hall.

I booked 2 villas online when we arrived they told us they didn’t have any available then the manager overheard this and corrected the receptionist and told her there was a villa available and a double bed room. Checking in became confusing.
