Summary:
Perfect for Nurses, Doctors and Professionals. Airy, light filled 2 bedroom apartment available for 30 night minimum stays. This apartment has its own private entrance, two porches, a newly renovated kitchen, and is located in downtown Charleston. There are two private off-street parking spaces included at no added cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas.

Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.

The Space:
The newly renovated apartment features a Queen size bed in bedroom 1, a Full sized bed in bedroom 2, full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, a cozy living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The full bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and kitchen essentials for basic cooking. The living room has plenty of room to spread out and relax! We do allow well-behaved pets for a non-refundable pet fee of $250/pet. No more than two pets are allowed and a separate signed Pet Addendum is required upon booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private apartment & two private porches. There is a keypad lock with a secure code individualized for each guest.
