Hotel windows are extremely dirty. Front desk staff were rude, except for the lady that checked us in on the evening of the first day on the 22nd of April. Our room did not get fresh towels first cleaning day. We had to ask for towels. The bar tender gentleman was very friendly and nice to us.

I came to Charleston for an event and I was happy with the conditions of the hotel. I was a little nervous because the price was lower than most other places I checked, but everything was like brand new. I ordered from the restaurant twice and it was really good and quick. The front desk personnel and bar tender were also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this facility!

Everything but the shower was GREAT!

My daughter and I stayed at the Cambria Hotel for a girls trip to Charleston. The room was wonderful -- lots of space and a very comfortable bed. The only complaint was the shower. There was a half-wall of glass, so there was no privacy; which meant that only one person could be in the bathroom at a time if someone was in the shower. Also -- the water pressure was HORRIBLE. Since the shower head was so high, it felt like there was barely a trickle of water once it hit my 5-foot frame.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our first vacation with our toddler in Charleston. The room was very clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The kitchenette and fridge were a huge plus, making it much easier to store and prepare snacks for our little one. It was also incredibly quiet and we all slept like babies. The staff was kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect and just a short drive to Isle of Palms Beach and about half an hour from Rainbow Row. There is also a shopping center with a Walmart right across, which was incredibly convenient for picking up any last-minute essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

The cleaning crews were so out and disruptive while cleaning the rooms. For an hour straight, it sounded like they were throwing furniture against the walls. I attempted to speak to the front desk about it, and they blew it off. There was no water in the rooms for coffee. I’ll get when I asked the front desk about it Refilling stations. Later found out there was one in the gym area. Front desk can use retraining in customer service.
