This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including beach chairs and beverage cooler.

Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.

Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.
This property is up 4 flights of stairs which has 45 steps, no elevator. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Fun at Folly

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s property! It’s a very quick drive to the beach and restaurants at Folly but far enough away to provide peace and quiet and nice views of the marsh. It’s only a 20 min. drive to Charleston so we were able to enjoy a nice balance of beach and city. The property had two nice bedrooms and all the amenities we needed.

We enjoyed our trip. The stay was nice as well. However the AC didn’t seem to work properly. My husband and I both woke up every night hot. And the light fixture in the second bedroom appeared to be just literally hanging on by the wires. Idk. Cute fixture though. And clean place.

Dave Matthew’s Band and Sun

Came for a long weekend as we were in town to see Dave Matthew’s. Wanted to be out of downtown and relax. This was a great space!! Away from the crowds at beach but a mile from the beach! Easy access and close to kayaking. We saw the sunsets from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable space! The host had everything we needed.We look forward to returning!

It was clean, had an amazing view and close to Folly Beach and close to Charleston, SC. We were told about the stairs to get to the condo but it is a workout after a day of walking. Still would recommend this cute condo.

We stayed for 3 nights mainly to visit Folly Beach and liked it. The kitchen was well equipped and we also liked the offer of beach chairs etc. We did not expect it being so close to the street, but it was quite and everything was ok. The Only thing was that the en suite bathroom door constantly locked itself, but we could re open it with a needle. constantly locked

This condo was perfect for four people. Exactly as advertised. It’s right outside the hustle and bustle of Folly Beach, a one minute drive. It has a beautiful deck to relax on. The owners were very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Mixed Reviews

We have mixed reviews for our stay at this condo. The good...everything was clean, easy to check in/out, short drive to Folly. The not so good...road noise was an issue for the person staying in the porch side room (heard noise at various times during the night), and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was not working when we arrived (was fixed the next day, but we had already decided to move to another location).
