East 42-D is a beautiful apartment located in the desired Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood just one block to Upper King Street where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques just steps away.
This apartment is a second floor unit boasting two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living, dining, and kitchen area are open concept with lots of natural light. Just off the entry door is a balcony with bistro seating great for morning coffee.
There is full size washer/dryer just of the kitchen in the laundry closet and the living room has a queen murphy bed for flex bedding (large hutch under the living room TV).
Please note this home can be combined with additional properties to accommodate large groups/wedding parties.
