I was greeted with great friendliness and care. I'd had a hard time finding the hotel because I first went to the wrong Hyatt Place. The employee asked if I wanted something to eat, and that was the perfect thing. He even brought it to my door rather than calling me to come get it. I felt well cared for. thank you
