Absolutely wonderful!
The condo is beautiful, the view is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee in the mornings and saw dolphins every day! We sat on the balcony at night and watched the water and stars. We loved it and plan on coming back!

Nice location, great view. Several new upgrades, furniture, shower, bathroom vanities. Overall however, bugs everywhere ( including in the digital panel in the stove) . Owner did offer exterminator to come by. The stove was filthy, the outside lid of the garbage had dried food/ fluid remnants on it. The coffee pot had dried coffee grounds that had mold growing on them. The keurig was half full of water in the reservoir, making us question how long it had been there. The “bug problem” probably has a lot to do with the poor cleaning. Smart tv was present, however no cable. Didn’t matter, remote didn’t work secondary to corroded batteries. Overall, very disappointed in the accommodations, but enjoyed the Capital One tennis !

Condominium was great and safe. The only issue was with the internet which was resolved and TV. It looks as if only streaming was available, but there were no instructions how to operate the TV or any cable/streaming options. Otherwise the condominium was great and I was stay again

Stayed here with my mother for her 70th birthday. We had a bit of trouble getting into the gate due to technical difficulties from the recent storm but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall wonderful time and I would stay here again!

Folly Beach Condo on the River
This condo community has very friendly neighbors and a lovely pool area. It is also a very short drive or a nice walk to the local restaurants and shops.
