Great spot

Oceanfront and convenient to restraints, next door to the pier and excellent view. The rooms and beds were comfy, plenty of room for our family and pet friendly. Garage was great for two cars. Will stay again! The rooftop balcony was outstanding for sunrise/sunset!!

So so easy and nice

The communication leading up to our stay was impressive. The property was spot on four adult couples enjoying a long weekend at Folly. If we had any questions during our stay the team was crazy responsive, and even followed up to make sure we were good to go. Checkout was so simple too. Perfect location. Great home. Great experience.

One of the kitchen cabinet door fell on first day.The elevator got stuck between first and second floor on last day with my grandson in it.He some how managed to jump up and open the door.It was an emergency situation.It seems the elevator had not been maintened.I wrote to the local agency but never received any response.

Folly Beach

This is a beautiful property directly on the ocean. It was fantastic to wake up each morning seeing and hearing the ocean. It was just my wife and I and our dog staying so there was much more room then we needed. There are a lot of steps but it was manageable.

Beachfront Villa

Loved the amenities of the condo! Great kitchen, all four bedrooms had ensuite bath rooms, spacious dining room, balconies that overlooked the beach. We vacationed with our adult children, their significant others and friends. Being a quick walk to the beach and the adorable town of Folly Beach, the villa is very conveniently located. Check In and Check Out process was simple and painless. We enjoy cooking and found everything we needed in the villa. After a long day at the beach, we enjoyed the evening dining in, drinking some nice wine, playing card and board games. A few things to be aware of: The villa is several levels, therefore, you will be climbing lots of stairs frequently. The villa is located right by the Folly Beach Peer, which introduces a lot of activity and the beach can get crowded.

Great family vacation spot

This is a beautifully appointed condo with top grade everything! The kitchen is of the highest quality with a terrific gas stove. The bedrooms were awesome with great beds and wonderful linens. There were plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Having bathrooms in each bedroom is so nice. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Just be aware that all the steps are very steep, and if one has difficulty walking, he or she will need to sign a waiver and pay extra to use the elevator. Overall, my family loved staying here.

Excellent Beach Getaway.

'The Villa' is an excellent property. Everything is perfect from the location just north of the city pier, the superbly outfitted unit and four spacious master suites. You could not ask for more. The property manager was prompt in response to requests and extremely understanding. We had an enjoyable vacation without worries.

great beach, location and property

Property was very nice, location was perfect, right by the folly pier and downtown which was great as parking was at a premium in the area. My only complaints were small, furniture and area rugs in the living room were showing wear and could use updating. And as I stated this is a small complaint as I realize this is a beach house. Only other thing is a foot/shoe cleaning area would be nice, It would help keep the sand out of the house. Otherwise really loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

Comfort and luxury combined..

This property is conveniently located to the pier, restaurants, shops and the beach. Lots of room for family gatherings on the main floor. High end appliances in the kitchen and it was fully stocked with every amenity imaginable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. We requested, and were granted, access to the elevator which made the stay much more enjoyable to those with mobility issues. The garage held 3 vehicles and there was an additional spot outside. The garage and condo has keypad access so the was no keeping track of keys. There would be an extra star on this rating if housekeeping had done a better job cleaning the floors, especially the kitchen.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated as well as perfect location on the beach!

What a fantastic place to stay in Folly! Perfect distance to the beach and downtown Folly. I've never stayed in such a beautifully decorated condo. Everything was top quality! We only had two couples stay, but would love to come back with more of our family. This unit is designed to handle a large group of people. Our only regret was that the weather was too cold and rainy to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it would be great in the warmer months! Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect beachfront getaway!

This condo was absolutely amazing, from the second we walked in we were in love! Not only was the place beautiful with amazing views, the location was ideal! Right next to the pier, we literally walked to all the places we wanted to go! We will definitely be booking this place again!
