My family and I needed a place to stay for a couple months and chose this wonderful home. Its location is right in the heart of downtown Charleston near all its charm and shopping. The home itself was spacious and very clean and you could tell has been kept up. We enjoyed a lot of time on the nice backyard patio. The owners were quick to respond with any questions and I would highly recommend this home if you want to experience all that Charleston has to offer.
House was exactly as shown on the site. Plenty of room and great location allowing us to park the car and walk everywhere. Enjoyed being able to park off-street in the lot behind the house. Nice outdoor space. Loved that it was dog friendly as we travel everywhere with our dog. My husband and I are retired and rented this house for an entire month. We had friends and family visit us periodically throughout the month. Very comfortable house with the right amount of space. The staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

I frequently rent monthly vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and have learned that places are not always quite as great as their pictures, but always do. This townhome was better than expected in many ways. For Charleston, this home is very updated (especially the bathrooms!), clean, and very comfortable as soon as you walk in. This may seem minor, but having lived for a year in these type of rentals... the cookware and knife set, etc. are all very nice (not the typically cheap Walmart set I find in most). For someone who cooks, trying to cut or cook anything with cheap throw-away cutlery and pots/pans has become annoying; so this was a luxury! And showed that the owner didn't just throw cheap items in this rental because... it's "just a rental". The location is great for walking all throughout the downtown peninsula (and across the street from the best crepes and paninis!). Working with the host agency was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again if ever heading back to Charleston.
