Pretty thin walls. I could hear person next to me walking around and also their TV through the wall early in the morning. Breakfast was decent with some choices of warm food. Place was clean but shower pressure was disappointing.

Hotel felt newly renovated and modern. Facilities were clean. There was a coffee and tea bar available to guests in the lobby at all times, which was nice to have during the cold months. However, the indoor pool was not as warm as we expected the heated pool to be. Overall, we had a great stay at Tru by Hilton, would book again.

Drink/food was charged to my room from a purchase at the front desk that we absolutely did not make. I saw the amount that was charged to my card was a bit off, so I called to ask about it, and I was met with an extremely rude employee who *laughed* at me, and said I was having trouble understanding because of the deposit charge falling off. That’s not the case. He was insist that it was just me who couldn’t comprehend, and he was so unprofessional. I called again a few days later, and the employee was so nice and explained that the amount being off was indeed a charge from the front desk—I told her we never made it, and she said a manager would reverse it and call me back. The charge wasn’t reversed, and no one ever called me. They obviously dont care about customer service here.

I'm a traveling nurse I stayed here several times but was never able to get a early check in after getting off a 16 hour shift I was tired and sleepy sitting in the lobby for several hours was very uncomfortable they where not even filled said 1 of the housekeeper the earliest the front desk Lady said 1;30p was willing to pay extra if needed
