Lush cottage

This colonial style summer cottage is one of the chilliest vacation rentals in Charlestown. Sitting on 1.9 beautiful forested acres and 1.5 miles to the closest beach (beach pass included with your stay)
I also stay at the property PART TIME in the basement area and my dogs are there full time and do not have access to the top two floors. they do have a fenced area in the back for themselves.
I have a 5star rating and your privacy is my priority during your stay.

Not luxurious, but nice
Josef was a good, thoughtful host. The house was simple, private, quiet, and only a few minutes from the beach. Lots of room to sleep and relax.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood, well kept up and clean. The communication with the owner could have been a little better.

Beautiful home near the ocean
This home was just like the pictures and had everything you could need for a vacation. Both my daughters ages 8 and 11, and my 80 year old mother had a wonderful time. The home had enough rooms and tvs so everyone could enjoy their own space. But had a huge dining table so we could all eat together. At night, it was quiet and very easy to fall asleep. The house was clean and the host super responsive. It was a less than 10 minute drive to Blue Shutters. And, if you have pets, it was a great neighborhood to walk and go for runs with your dog on leash. The house was dog friendly too. I would definitely stay here again.

A place to stay with potential
We needed a place to stay for one night near Charlestown and this place fit that bill. It was spacious and had everything you needed, however, there were a lot of improvements that could be made. It is pet friendly so there was a strong dog smell, dog hair in the sheets, ants in the sink and a moldy shower curtain. The host did respond to questions timely.

Convenient Getaway
Quiet location in a small neighborhood that borders the state park. Not busy at all. Set just off Post Rd, it is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches, state parks, and shopping/restaurants. The bedrooms were as advertised - not fancy, but comfortable with lots of closet space, especially in the master bedroom. The bedrooms had window air conditioners, though we kept the windows open and did not use the A/C. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots and pans, utensils, plates, etc. Stove and dishwasher worked fine (didn't try the oven). Main floor has plenty of room to spread out. Main bathroom needs a mirror and the shower needs hotter water and more of it. A larger coffee pot, or a Keurig, would have been nice. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property.

Quiet but convenient to everything
Host was very informative and friendly. Greeted us when we arrived and recommended a great restaurant. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to beaches. Host is dog friendly so that made me happy and it was easy to have my dogs with me here. Comfortable beds and kitchen has all essentials you may need.
