Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the stadium. Parking access wasn’t as great since you had to leave and walk a bit to access the garage.

Mixed review

It was a mixed experience. The check in process was not smooth at all. The girl working the desk was snotty and gave us a downgraded room. When we found out, we ended up having to wast time getting it fixed. They also couldn’t find our reservation for a good 1/2 hour. The rooftop bar was closed, which was the main reason for picking this hotel. It was right across the street from the spectrum center, so that was a plus. Parking was expensive, which I guess is expected downtown. The room, after getting it fixed, was very nice.
