Lobby-terrible, food-no options, fruit looked dead & 24hr coffee was not available 24 & was also nasty/old when was . Reception was nice, they do have a sign plastered speaking to rudeness & how they don’t have to serve you if they choose.. which is off putting. Reception was I guess joking with a resident family saying get that sh*t out my lobby.. apparently multiple families stay there and have a rapport but to a guests perception 😅. Family also had Similac on the lobby table and sat in the lobby frequently. NO ELEVATOR. The room while slightly updated still had old dusty curtains, bed skirts, & chairs. Linen appeared clean though. I also saw a mystery bug in bathroom/hallway..lights dark, no blackout shades. Decent for price if ONLY sleeping. Not comfortable though, felt dirty still. Prefer not to stay again 😅

Reserved 2 rooms only had one for me. No heat and it was 47 degrees outside by morning. It was messed up on reservations, big time. Did get some of my money back, but really it should have been free!

Its located very close to the expressway which is a huge convenience for someone traveling. The breakfast wasnt much but something to grab a quick snack. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk at evening was super nice and had a lot of information. The housekeeping was a bit loud in the hallway in the morning ( I get they have a job to do) and were using profanity. Other than that, I would recommend.
