The laundry room was out of service and the refrigerators in the rooms never get cold. The tv remotes work about average and limited restaurants in the area as well. If this hotel would just improve these areas, this would be a great hotel to stay in. The location is great just needs improvement.

Water was brown when I first turned it on. Refrigerator didn’t work but the person on staff refused to move me to another room. Carpet was excessively stained and smelled of urine. On the other hand, breakfast was nice and the lady who managed it was very friendly and helpful.

Arrived late to a room without a flushing toilet. Though it did not appear clogged, night staff just gave us a plunger and told us she could not change our room. We had to go down from the 3rd floor to the 1st to use the restroom. Manager offsite the following day but authorized minor compensation that was then never provided. Manager does not return calls. We found out from staff that 6 rooms had plumbing problems that night and that there was a room available to move us to. Horrible experience. Be warned, they will not help if you have an issue.
