Police present late at night to evict a boisterous family. Very loud and rude. Staff should have moved them to the lobby for discussion. Not very clean in my opinion. Needs to be renovated. We were there from Friday to Sunday, the same cigarette butt stayed on the floor in the hallway the entire time in a non smoking hotel. Also a bag was placed over the smoke detector in our room. Staff wasn’t concerned about it at all. I do not recommend this hotel. At all.

The receptionist at the night of arrival was rude and wasn't able to provide any help on sites to visit next day when asked. The room and carpet were old. Also visible wear & tear was evident, there was blood stains on the bed sheets also.

Still the best in pineville!!!
Everything was perfect as usual except for a empty kleenex box in the bathroom. And no hot breskfasrmt item on the day we checked out. Apparently the girl who was suupossed to do it never showed. Still is my favirite pkace iyt of the other 7 or so places around that area.
