Crystal Cove Retreat is more than a stayâit's an experience. From pool days and game nights to lake adventures and fireside evenings, this is Lake Norman living at its best.
Important Notes for Your Stay:
âą Heated Pool Option- Enjoy a warm swim! Pool heat is available April 1 â November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening.
âą No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stayâample driveway parking is provided.
âą Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.
âą A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
âą Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per requestâsubject to availability.
âą No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
âą Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
âą Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
