We are renting out a Furnished 2BR 1.5BA located near Mt. Holly 7 miles from the airport. 20 Miles From Lake Norman. 10 miles from UCC.

3 Month minimum Stay
Available Mid - September to Mid - January.

One room has a Queen Sized bed and you will have an empty closet for your needs.

The other room has a pull out daybed that becomes a Queen sized bed. That room also has a 65' LG TV you can use for entertainment or an additional monitor for work.

You will have your own bathroom with a tub and there is a half bathroom downstairs.

The kitchen has all brand new major appliances with a dishwasher as well.

Laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Outdoor patio with a gas fireplace and gas grill you can use with seating and umbrellas.

1 space available in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

The living room has a large sectional that pulls out into a queen size bed with a 80 inch Sony TV.
