I had a great time with my stay at Hyatt House and would return again in the near future. The only downfall from my stay was a incident with the men’s restroom in the lounge are that needed some immediate attention and it wasn’t taken care of or there wasn’t any housekeeping available on the evening of of the 19th and the night front desk manager didn’t seem like she wasn’t to concerned after being told about it. The men’s room was in an unsatisfactory manner and unusable at the time. I would like to say that the bartender Karen was outstanding at her job while doing two to three things at a time and serving customers as well. She needs some help on weekends and especially on basketball or any type of function nights at the Spectrum.
