ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
Linen: 1 set of sheets, 2 sets of towels and washcloths per person
Bathroom: 1 toilet paper per bath, travel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste
Kitchen: 1 garbage bag per can, paper towel, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent.

PETS:
Two pets are permitted for an additional non-refundable fee of $400. Additional pets are $150 per pet. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Pets must be disclosed to host prior to arrival. Additional pets are an additional fee.

Lake Life is the best
This house on Lake Wylie is magnificent. We loved the view. I really enjoyed the library as I am an avid reader. We sat in the library each morning with coffee. The screened in patio was nice as well, along with the hot tub, and the dock. I fell in love with the big tub and now want one myself. I cant say enough. The house is exquisite ,while also having the feel of comfort at home. Kudos for sharing your home. I didnt want to leave.

We had a great stay. Location was close to downtown, we loved the pool and the everyone loved the kayaks. Loved having multiple places in the house for people to hang out separately when we wanted. TV on the screened porch would have been used more if it weren’t so hot when we were there!

We had the best time. This home has all you need and more. All we needed was ourselves. The location is so peaceful and quiet. From inside relaxation, pool and lake relaxation. Everything is available for use and the kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. With it's own private dock and lounging area you could not ask for more. The hostess was very friendly and responsive.

We loved our short stay at the lake house, situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Such a short drive to lots of great restaurants and shopping, we would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Charlotte. We’d love to come back!

Sean & Natasha’s property was absolutely wonderful for our trip. We were catching up with old friends and introducing some new ones and the lake house was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and laugh. It’s a beautiful and calm place to be and Sean & Natasha were overly accommodating to our party. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Charlotte who wants the serenity of the lake house but a location that is also close to the city for the event which we came to town for! It was a wonderful holiday!
