Great location, only 15 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway (we were in town for the race. Very clean and accommodating for all 11 of our group.

Great for a large group getaway

The house was located about 15 minutes from everything. It was a quick drive to the airport, white water rafting, and the south end. We had plenty of beds/baths for everyone in our group of 11 adults. The outdoor patio space was nice as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough for cooking meals and eating as a large group. There are 2 hot water heaters so all 11 could take a comfortable shower which was a nice bonus. The host answered all of our questions right away and was very responsive. It was the perfect spot for our large group.

Nice place

The home was clean and ready for us as listed. Communication was very good. Most of the home is updated, upstairs bath needs remodeling. The HVAC worked well, but had an old musty smell the 1st night. It was a good value - clean and safe - in a nice neighborhood.

Holiday Gathering

Our family is spread over 4 states: 8 adults with 6 kids ranging from 6 months to 14 years. None of us are from NC, but we chose to meet in Charlotte simply because it was easiest to get to as a rendezvous point. We easily went downtown as well as to other parts of the city. Well located neighborhood with a playground nearby and friendly neighbors.

Total Joy!

We gathered as friends & family here for a conference nearly & the house was perfect for our group! We grilled out, enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere & appreciated the many tables & seating areas. Super clean! Great stay!

Property presented same as photos, quite neighborhood. Loved the main floor with open space concept allowing all family members to gather together and not feel crowded. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies to cook at home, furnished cleaning supplies to wash dishes; laundry detergent to wash clothes; body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in every bathroom; extra toilet paper and paper towels were a plus! Would stay again at this property!

In town for a wedding

4 separate families with children fit nicely. Myself and 3 siblings, plus all of our kids (totaling 16 of us) wanted to stay under one roof while coming to Charlotte for our brothers wedding. This house was larger than we thought it looked in photos. We were all able to enjoy meals together which was wonderful. The back yard was completely fenced in, which came in handy because we had three 3yr olds, so while the kids were playing outside we felt safer knowing they were secluded. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and it’s location. It allowed for our family to have a great experience together.

Wonderful Weekend in Charlotte!

We had a great time staying at Sunshin’s property in Charlotte! We had a group of guys out to do some golfing and their property was a perfect location and had plenty of space for all of us. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Close to City/ Quiet Neighborhood

We were a group of 6 guys so this was a good house in terms of bedding and space. The neighborhood is close to the city and there are plenty of shops and eateries near. Lots of space for social activities and group dinners in the house. Hosts were great and helpful when needed.
