This hotel was not accommodating whatsoever. My friend and I were kicked out of our room, without notice. We found out by going back to our room and the keys did not work. All of our belongings were still inside of the room. We had to be escorted by security like prisoners. On top of this “breakfast” was $20 for the buffet and you had to pay for parking. There was no communication whatsoever between staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. But our experience was ruined and cut short, unfortunately.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff all over were really friendly and helpful. The amenities were exceptional the indoor pool could've been warmer however uts was still great. I will stay again.
