Carpet was stained in every carpeted room. Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group. Biggest issue was pool and hot tub which of course were main reason for booking.
