This was my 3rd stay. Aug, Oct and now Dec. I was disappointed. When I got there at around 2:30 no room was ready and I could not get an eta on when one would be ready. After. Driving over 4 hrs, I had to go to a mall and around 4:30 I made a call to make sure my roo. Was ready to check. While walking down the hall to my room there was garbage and dirty linen by almost every other romm. I think I’ll try a different hotel next time we go. Not a good look for seniors 67and 78 yrs old. I will no longer recommend the hotel. Friday breakfast was cold. I saw changes from Oct to Dec.

My room was clean upon arrival/check-in. Staff was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent also. However, I still have not received the $150.00 deposit back. This was requested @ check-in November 25,2025. I was told it would be refunded after bout ten days after check-in.

Positive: Clean shower, location to interstate & Elevation Church. Negative: No ID check on checkin. Torn curtains & vinyl furniture. Furniture & room smelled like a dog kennel when heater on. Heater vents filthy. Pillows were flat & smelled musty. Breakfast starts at 730 and not 6am?? Like what?! A bummer for early travelers. Definately not worth $160/night. Disappointing for Ballantyne area. Wont stay again at this Staybridge location, wouldnt recommend.

The hotel is amazing!! The staff is super helpful. They go above and beyond to help guest get the best experience. I recommend this hotel!! By far the best and most reasonably priced hotel in Charlotte area. The rooms are spacious as well. Excellent hotel and staff!!!
