The house was great! Perfect for an extended stay during my own home’s renovation. And the owners were extremely responsive. I was able to extend my stay twice just by contacting them.My husband, daughter (21) and I were pretty comfortable. The parking can be a little tricky if you have more than two cars like we do but we figured it out and had no issues getting in and out for the 20 days we were there.And the backyard is just an added bonus. My husband sat outside every night, and I do as well on many nights.I will recommend this house to family and even business associates coming to the area, especially for an extended period.

Excellent host and great location with lots of amenities. Yael was very attentive and addressed my questions/ needs immediately. Upon mentioning the mattress had lost its support she had new ones installed in 2 days. The location is very convenient...close to shopping, groceries, and numerous restaurants. Also easy access to 485 loop. This was a great 2 month stay for me while relocating to the area. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family and we were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the spacious layout fit perfectly for family. Communications on check in/check out and instructions were above and beyond from our host, I would recommend this place for anyone.

June Stay

I would like to review for other families looking to rent - this is a duplex (though it didn’t really matter for us, I would like the transparency at time of rental) and it is located about 10 yards from an extremely busy street in Charlotte (photos of driveway do not accurately depict this). I would definitely consider it unsafe for small kids or impulsive children. Noise was present when sleeping - could hear all cars driving past throughout the night - and parking was tricky in order to pull out facing forward, which was necessary onto this busy street. ‘Nestled in a quiet neighborhood’ is a little misleading, though it is in close proximity to a nice neighborhood and definitely in a nice part of town. Overall, the house was great and the communication with the host was fantastic! They checked in frequently, made sure to provide additional items for our infant traveling with us, and had a well appointed rental with most anything that we needed. We are thankful for the stay and hospitality, but felt that the above should be mentioned for families traveling with Littles.

Loved the backyard, birds, deer and patio lights

We were very comfortable staying in this residence. We appreciated the Keurig pods as we didn't have an opportunity to shop. We saw lots of bluebirds in the back yard and deer beyond the fence. The only concern was that this road can get busy at times so we had to be very careful entering and exiting the driveway..
