Wonderful property and great host!
My sister, cousins and I booked this property for 5 nights for a family wedding in Charlottesville in late April 2023. The property was very clean and was better than we expected based on pictures. It was very well stocked with furniture, bedding, towels, kitchenware, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies and toiletries. The host responded to requests within minutes. It was an easy to navigate 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Charlottesville, UVA, Monticello and several shopping districts. There were plenty of gas stations, groceries and restaurants within minutes of this property. The house and backyard are very family friendly with a crib, playground equipment, pergola , fire pit, and outdoor seating available. Even though there were 2 main roads near the house, it was very quiet at night. The host was very hospitable and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.
