Beautifully decorated throughout, but we were disappointed with the lack of a shower in our room, a roll top bath and hand held shower but no room to stand up. The rest of the hotel is beautiful though and very gracious hosts.

The Eden Hall Inn is a lovely Victorian Inn, situated within easy walking distance of downtown Charlottetown and the boardwalk. Our room was roomy and nicely decorated. Check-in was quick and easy and the hosts are very friendly and professional. Most of the rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors and accessible by stairs only. Would definitely stay here again.

Character home in quiet walkable location to waterfront and downtown shopping. Property not recommended for those with mobility issues due to stairs ( to the 3rd floor especially ) Good buffet style breakfast.

This place was lovely and perfectly situated. We stayed in ‘ The Governor's Getaway’ suite on the first floor and loved it. Decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable. Parking right outside the door. Only downside is the very compact bathroom but that is normal for converted heritage homes. Was also noisy at night with people coming in the back door which was directly outside the door of the suite. We were woken up several times by the slamming door. It’s also right beside the breakfast area which can be noisy in the AM. Breakfast was nice. Had all the keys breakfast items and snacks available through the day. Was great to be able to have breakfast right there. Excellent location!! A few blocks from downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Also super close to the water and Victoria park. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

We were in an area full of inns and B & Bs. Eden Hall was the best! Our room was beautiful and clean. The neighbor was lovely. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and eggs each morning—-always variety. There were nice touches like chocolates, afternoon snacks, and a farewell gift of candy. Hope to return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. While waiting for our room, we were treated to coffee, tea, and delicious cookies — such a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for our visit. When our room was ready, we were personally shown to it, and we were delighted by all the little details and special touches that made it feel so warm and inviting. The home itself is beautifully restored, full of character and history. We especially enjoyed the introduction book in the room, which shared the story of the house and its present owners — it gave us such an appreciation for the place and the care put into it. Breakfast the next morning was simply wonderful, with so many choices and everything so fresh and delicious. It truly felt like a special experience. The location couldn’t have been better either — within walking distance to the beach and to Victoria Row for shopping and exploring. Overall, our stay was very lovely, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
