Beautiful house completely renovated in 2021, Le Jardin des Sens will be the ideal place for a quiet stay while keeping the proximity to the Breton capital! With a surface area of 135 m², you will have a large bright living room with kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, as well as a shower room with Italian shower. Outside, the large 800 m² garden and the south-facing terrace will ensure you have a very pleasant stay. Sheets and towels provided, we are only waiting for you!

The accommodation :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by the garage or the terrace, the house is presented as follows:

Day area:
- Bright living room which will seduce you with its southern exposure and its view on the garden. It is furnished with a sofa, TV, an office space, pellet stove.
- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin.
- Wellness area with sauna
- Separate WC.
- Laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and storage space.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.

Outside:
- Beautiful south-facing terrace of 36 m² with garden furniture and dining area.
- Large landscaped garden of 800 m². Fruit trees have been planted especially for you! The garden has a pond and grassy areas, ideal for children. You will also enjoy garden furniture, an outdoor table, barbecue and cushions. All the ingredients are there to ensure a convivial moment with family and friends!

In the vicinity :
Ideally located in the countryside, the house without opposite or noise pollution, will allow you to enjoy a quiet stay, while remaining close to the main roads. You will find all the local shops in the neighbouring town, 5 minutes away by car: food shops, banks, hairdressers, supermarkets... You can also go to the market which is held on Friday and Sunday morning.

Activities:
- Rennes 20 minutes away by car, Saint-Malo and Cancale 1 hour away by car, Golfe du Morbihan 1h30 away by car.
- Rennes forest accessible by foot or bike from the house, in autumn go mushroom picking!
- Numerous hiking/biking trails.
- Municipal swimming pool, community cinema, theatre nearby.
- Tourist guides and documentation on outings and visits to be made, at your disposal in the accommodation.

Transport :
- Private parking: one space in the garage for all types of vehicles, and 2 to 3 parking spaces in the garden. Charging station for hybrid vehicles available on request.
- Public transport: one bus line and one coach line to Rennes.
- SNCF train station 10 kilometres away to Saint-Malo.

Other remarks:
- The owners live next door and will welcome you on arrival.
- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- High chair and baby bath available.
- The garden is partially enclosed (no gate), and allows access to the owners' house.
- Pellets for the stove are provided free of charge.
- Access to the house is via a staircase.
