This villa, located in Château-la-Vallière, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 11 April to 31 August, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, an iPod docking station, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, 1 including 4 bunk beds, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 double beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a washing machine, central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan and a jacuzzi.
Note that the cleaning, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
To have access to the pool and activities of the camping, additional fees need to be paid on site (Fun Pass) .
It is possible to make wedding or reception under quote. Massages can be organised on request at an additional cost. The swimming pool is accessible from 10 am to 9:30 pm. Jacuzzi access 10am until 21:30 pm. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost of €80. Use of the wood stove with wood for 45€. Outside summer, the swimming pool can be used for an extra cost of 8€ per person per day. There is a toilet on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
