Pretty location

Interesting building in a beautiful location overlooking the river from the terrace. Room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was pleasant but expensive for average food.

Super hotel on the outskirts of cognac. Large supermarket nearby and central Coghac is about 10 mins by car. Staff are wonderful and the rooms well furnished. Would recommend with no hesitation.

The hotel is impressive as you drive through the gates and mature gardens The pool was clean and inviting Being a warm night we had pre dinner drink and evening meal on the terrace overlooking the valley Our only criticism was the price of drinks and the breakfast was very poor at 19.50 euro each

We could not fault this hotel. The welcome, friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietor and staff could not have been better. The evening meal was a wonderful dining experience and good value compared to the disappointing options in Cognac itself.The setting and views are lovely and the walk down to the river is well worth making.We would certainly go back there if in the area again.

View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river.
