Located 5 minutes from the Opio Golf course, 10 minutes from the village of Valbonne and 25 minutes from the sea, you'll enjoy both peace and quiet and proximity to everything.
You'll appreciate the family-friendly layout of the house, which guarantees unforgettable moments spent together. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The children's bedroom is separated from one of the double bedrooms by a sliding wall. Ideal for parents who want to have their children next door, or to bring all the children together in one very large room! On the garden level, you'll find a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The large living room with open kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden, which are very pleasant on sunny days. In cooler weather, you can warm up by the pellet stove.
An air-conditioning unit is located in the main room.
You can park two cars: one in the garage and one in front of the house.
The house is equipped with wifi.
In short, it's the ideal place to stay if you want to make the most of the hinterland and visit the Côte d'Azur in a peaceful setting.
