- 1 spacious living room bathed in light, with a cozy lounge, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen

- 1 access to a south-facing terrace offering unobstructed mountain views
FLOOR 2 (Mezzanine):
- 1 relaxation area or play area, perfect for children or relaxing moments
PARKING AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRIVATE USE:
- 2 outdoor parking spaces, one of which is covered under a carport
- 1 electric vehicle charging station
- 1 large ski room
IMPORTANT: Although the area benefits from a snow removal contract, snow equipment is mandatory in order to Access to the Chalet.

- End-of-stay cleaning
- In summer, the Multipass is included for 6 people.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO MAKE YOUR STAY EASIER:
- Beds made upon arrival: âŹ10 for a single bed and âŹ20 for a double bed
- Cancellation insurance (4.5% of the stay)
- In winter, ski pass reservations with a 10% discount (minimum 3 consecutive days)
Upon arrival, a deposit of âŹ2,500 will be required by bank imprint.
