Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, served by a private shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and is served by a generously appointed bathroom complete with a WC, a double hand-basin, and a corner bath.
