Absolutely adored this quirky, retro-chic gem of a property! The art and vintage touches gave it so much personality. The staff? Our stay at Retro Suites in Chatham was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted warmly and checked in quickly by the concierge, which set the tone for a smooth and relaxing visit. We stayed in the Prince William Room—spacious, luxurious, and full of charm. The room was beautifully decorated and felt both decadent and comfortable. Every detail felt carefully curated, offering a unique blend of elegance and personality. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the lobby—it's like walking through an art gallery. Everywhere you look, there's something creative and eye-catching, giving the entire space a fun and inspiring vibe. Highly recommend Retro Suites to anyone looking for a stylish, memorable getaway in Chatham. We’ll definitely be back!

The Retro Suites Hotel is one of those hidden gems that are an extremely pleasant surprise when one encounters them. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant has wonderful food and is priced accordingly. They also made one of the best "Old Fashioned" I have had in ages.

We loved the decor all over the hotel! Our room was the den and it wasn’t really decorated special but was still a nice and large room. We didn’t like that our room was facing a parking lot and didn’t have great window coverings. We had wooden blinds covering a patio door that didn’t block the light coming in from the street lights in the parking lot at night time. We definitely think they need to add blackout curtains to the room as it wasn’t dark at all with the street lights shining in at night. Also would be very inconvenient for anyone trying to nap during the day.

Such a neat hotel with very friendly staff. Our rooms theme was the log cabin; when you walk into the room the smell of wood is instant and you no longer feel like your staying in a hotel but instead out in the woods. I would highly recommend staying here! The price is a bit higher than other hotels but its well worth it and the experience alone is worth the money.
