Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Beadnell, this first floor holiday apartment offers an excellent standard of self-catering holiday accommodation. Ebba’s Neuk is part of a modern block of apartments sitting amidst two others, which collectively form the Orchard Country Apartments. The accommodation is all on the first floor with independent and private access. There is a wall-mounted, Smart TV within the open-plan living space, and the spacious bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV/DVD player and en-suite with shower cubicle featuring EcoSmart shower and non-slip shower tray, a heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin and an illuminated mirror with shaving points above. It is located in the centre of Beadnell; a welcoming holiday village often acknowledged as the ’jewel in Northumberland’s seaside crown’, and where a pub and hotel and various eating places are a mere gentle stroll. The friendly village is a popular holiday destination renowned for its extensive range of quality water sports including sea kayaking, windsurfing and scuba diving. Only two miles north is the fishing port of Seahouses, where boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony, depart regularly and where there are several quaint tea rooms, charming shops, fishing and a golf course. A further three miles up the coastline is the picture postcard village of Bamburgh, which lies snuggled in the shadow of its majestic castle.

Been going to Beadnell for 10 years, first time to this apartment which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Ideal location for exploring the coastline with two pubs within a minute's walk. We would return to this apartment, however we can't because we are in between owning a dog at the moment, we would however have no hesitation in recommending to other people.

Best Week Ever!

The booking process was easy. The owner contacted me beforehand with all the information required. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need for your stay. Bus route right next door with regular buses if you want to walk somewhere then bus back. Car parking right in the grounds. I’ve had the most fabulous week and will book again. If someone had difficulty with stairs, the apartment is on the first floor and therefore has 14 steps, but this is mentioned on booking so you are fully aware beforehand.

This was our third stay at this lovely, cosy and very well-equipped, first-floor apartment in Beadnell, which is an ideal location for exploring not only the glorious Northumbrian coast but also the tranquil Cheviot hills. Welcome gifts awaited us, including a little piece of scented home-made soap, such a thoughtful touch. We had a 2-week holiday, and freshly laundered bedding and towels were delivered at the mid-point, and much appreciated. Excellent wifi also provided. Our thanks to a very friendly and helpful owner, who provided additional information both pre- and during our stay, to enhance our wellbeing. All in all, another excellent stay! Highly recommended. A perfect apartment for two. Short walking distance to the beach and some great coastal walks from the accommodation. The apartment is quiet, spacious, cosy, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Ample car parking at the apartment, plus the bus stop, pub and cafe only around the corner. You won't be disappointed staying at Ebba's Neuk.

So thoughtful. This is THE place to stay in Beadnell in our opinion. This was a lovely holiday let and we would use it again if we are in that direction.

This was a lovely holiday let and we would use it again if we are in that direction. The car park is substantial and parking is easy and very convenient for the flat. You have your own entry key and you go up the steps to the flat and the flat really is as the photos show. Its well equipped and comfortable. We did have a maintenance issue which was down to unavoidable wear and tear with the bathroom plumbing (its a lovely modern and well maintained bathroom - no issues there) which we reported and this was actioned swiftly and I say this not to take issue with it as there was no way the owner could have anticipated it, but to reassure that the owner is proactive and responsive to issues. The flat is literally a couple of hundred yards from the pub which serves food but you never hear any noise. There is also a café/bistro around the corner which is worth a visit. Whilst we found accommodation here with the intention of using it as a base from which to drive to various places, we found that the X18 bus service, which stopped just around the corner went to most places we wanted to visit, i.e. Bamburgh, Seahouses etc We would certainly use this place to stay when we are next in the area and are happy to recommend it.
