Nestled in the hills of North Chattanooga, you’ll be amazed at how you get the best of a quiet walk-able neighborhood and a 3 minute drive from just about anywhere in north Chattanooga and 5 minutes from downtown. You’ll find yourself just minutes away from Publix, Whole Foods, dozens of amazing local shops and restaurants, and free outdoor parks. Don’t have a car? Bring a bike, walk, or schedule a ride to countless places just a mile away quickly!

Extremely easy check in and check out procedures make your travels as simple as can be! You’ll receive a custom code that is activated during your stay time, making your check in hassle free and our house more secure than many other rentals that reuse the same code for multiple guests. Forget hunting down a key--there’s a keypad next to the door, or you can download the app and have the door unlocked before you even leave the car. We have a simple check out procedure as well, so you can be up and out to enjoy your last day in Chattanooga easily!

➽ Bedroom Layout Overview:
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Below is more details about each of these rooms. We can comfortably sleep up to 6 but please note that we only have 3 bedrooms and to access the 3rd bedroom you must pass through the 2nd bedroom but each bedroom has their own doors for privacy.

➽ The Amenities:
We strive to offer countless amenities so you can enjoy your stay. Whether its complementary coffee and tea, oatmeal for breakfast, extra fluffy throw blankets, cooking necessities, or swim towels chances are we’ve got you covered.

➽ Master (King) Bedroom:
Enjoy your extra-large master bedroom with a brand new king mattress, large double closets, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, reading nook, and blackout curtains for your ample windows.

➽ Queen Bedroom 1:
Comfortable queen memory foam mattress, closet, and blackout curtains. Please note that you must pass through this bedroom to access the other queen bedroom but each bedroom has their own doors for privacy.

➽ Queen Bedroom 2:
Another extra-large bedroom with a comfortable queen mattress, desk & chair for productivity (along with writing utensils, stapler, etc.) and a comfortable armchair for late night reading.

➽ Bathroom:
After a long day of travels enjoy showering or bathing the full bathroom which features a curved shower rods and ample clean linens. Don’t worry--we provide quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own. Because we value safety we also have a non-slip bath mat.

➽ Living Room & Dining Room:
Enjoy our comfy couch and armchair and sit back and relax while watching our Smart TV, which will stream your favorite movies and shows just like you’re at home. The room is an open concept room that has a bar with seating for four in addition to a dining room table with seating for four so your group can enjoy each other's presence whether you're in the kitchen, sitting on the couch, or eating at the table. Enjoy bright sunlight through the large windows during the daytime.

➽ Kitchen:
A full kitchen comes with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal! We have setting for up to 8 guests, all the necessities to cook a home cooked meal, and a full sized fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. In the morning, enjoy your coffee anyway you like it (automatic coffee maker or french press), sip on some tea, and enjoy our complimentary oatmeal (please note a full breakfast isn't included-- but we do have oatmeal!).

➽ Porch:
We LOVE the outdoors, so we hope you enjoy our large covered porch suited with an outdoor table and chair set that seats six. You can sit and enjoy the southeastern nighttime sounds or listen to the rain in comfort while you overlook our quiet street.

➽ Parking:
We have free parking right next to your entrance just for you. You can easily fit two cars (maybe three if you're creative) and have additional parking on the street. You can easily get in and out with our turn around area. We only ask that you don’t block us in or park in the turn around area!

➽ Laundry:
If you need to do a load of laundry we'll happily allow you access to our washer and dryer-- you just have to ask!

➽ Other things to note:
We live upstairs but promise we're good neighbors! You have a completely private downstairs apartment with a private entrance and parking. We do have a small, very friendly, very quiet dog that you won't really or hear from at all.
