Great stay at Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga â Hamilton Place! Check-in was a breeze thanks to Kim at the front desk on November 29th. When we mentioned we wanted the quietest room possible, she suggested the sixth floor so we wouldnât have anyone above us. Upon entering the room, which was spotless and looked brand new, we were delighted. The king room included a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwaveâall very handy!
Later, we encountered Brooke at the front desk, who kindly answered a few questions about the nearby area, which is conveniently close to a huge mall and many eateries. Both Kim and Brooke were extremely friendly and helpful.
The next day, we had breakfast and were pleasantly surprisedâit wasnât the usual âcontinentalâ breakfast. Instead, there were eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, toast, muffins, cereal, fruit, and pancakes made to order, etc. The highlight was the Bunn coffee maker, which grinds and brews a perfect cup at the push of a button. Brittany, who was constantly replenishing the food, was engaging and cheerful, doing an excellent job on a busy Sunday morning with the hotel full of guests.
A small suggestionâsomething another guest had mentionedâthe headboard isnât quite secure to the frame, so it makes some noise when getting in and out of bed. Thatâs the only issue we noticed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chattanooga area. It offers a very clean, well-located property with helpful staff at a rate. A+
