Front desk clerk at check in was not helpful. We seemed to be disturbing the movie he was watching in the lobby. Doors all looked damaged? Gave the appearance that they might not be safe.

The elevator had dog urine on the floor. Housekeeping tried to come in our room at 7:30 am and jolted us out of bed. Then my husband tripped over our suitcase, fell and skinned his knees and pulled a muscle in his back. The same lady tried to come in and clean our room two more times while we were still in there. The lady at the front desk did not offer to give us a refund. I contacted Travelocity to try and get a refund and they would not help us either. They said the hotel would not answer the phone therefore they couldn’t give us a refund.

The only positive about this hotel is the location it isn’t far from downtown or the stores. I wouldn’t stay here again! The shower stopped working mid shower a couple times, the toilet stopped working, and the phone in the room didn’t work couldn’t even call down, the internet is spotty so Tv was glitching.

Got in late. Hotel room had a live cockroach on the floor and a ton of ants in the corner. Asked for a new room which they did switch me but the next room had dog hair everywhere and a slice of pepperoni pizza between the bed and night stand. The entire hotel looks like they don’t own a vacuum. Never staying at this chain again.

The site was convenient for us as travelers needing an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was ragged looking. The inadequate shower curtain resulted in a very wet slippery floor. I had to get piles of towels at the front desk to mop up the water because they did not have access to a mop.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights!

A nice place to stay. Very clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory. It was a convenient location very close to the interstate and Lookout Mountain but the area was quiet and not congested.

Girls trip

Staff acknowledged you, but was not that friendly. It seemed to be that they were always busy, but there were places that they just didn’t seem to get like vacuuming around the elevator or sweeping in front of the kitchen area. Our room was clean but hard to get in and out with our bags on the stroller that they provide for you. The overall experience was good though.

Thank you for the stay! It was ok for the price, spacious room. I wish the pillow could be better. And the room next to the entrance was a bit noisy, due to the ice machine. Little things make huge difference, thinking about experience of each guest is the right direction. Other than that, we appreciate the stay.

The good and the bad

My wife and I stayed 1 night while sightseeing around Chattanooga. We found the room very clean, and the service excellent. The best part of our stay was the breakfast bar and food quality. The worse part of our stay was the uncomfortable mattress / boxspring in Rm 416.

We stay in Chattanooga 4-5x's for swim meets and have had a challenge finding a hotel that meets our needs. This hotel was perfect. We found it to be super clean, well maintained, safe, affordable, the front desk staff was great, and there were many restaurant options. The front desk recommended a Thai restaurant that was a 5 min drive that was excellent. All in all, a great visit and only 10 mins from dt Chattanooga and the swimming venue.

The stay was great. We mever had an issue. But the pillows were very uncomfortable. Bring your own. It was quiet, well stocked, comfy, and the breakfast was just perfect.
