We spent five nights staying at the property with our dog. We had a great time! The staff were great, food was excellent and it was a nice location for local walks. We also charged our car using the EV charger on site, which was great. Great value overall!

My best friend and I stayed for one night for her 60th birthday. We arrived around 3.15pm and had a lovely walk around the local area followed by drinks before a delicious meal in the restaurant. The staff were excellent and really made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and were so welcoming and positive with their attitude and energy. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Just a short overnight stay, with alovely breakfast in the morning. Spacious bar and restaurant, with lovely outdoor seating area and garden. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This 500 year old pub is an absolute delight. Perfectly adapted to modern needs. I can’t remember a hotel stay where the staff were friendlier or more helpful. The accommodation, in the modernised stable block, is perfect for a comfortable stay, and both our evening meal and breakfast were of the highest quality. Strongly recommended.
