I loved my stay in the Hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The hotel picked me up from the airport which was very convenient and the room was very beautiful and clean and spacious. Very pleased with everything! Thank you all so much!

Stay was good, handy to bus which took us into city centre. Only disappointment was shuttle pickup, not clear which shuttle goes to which Hampden.

Sloppy airport pickup process. I called in for an airport pickup and was left on hold at the airport for close to ten minutes before I hung up and called back in. Then, as it turns out I *just* missed the shuttle and had to wait another 15 minutes. Not cool, Hampton Inn.
