The racecourse is just a 5-minute drive, making this an ideal base.
Inside, the property has been newly refurbished throughout. The ground floor features a kitchen diner, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a coffee machine. Adjacent is a stylish living room with an additional formal dining area and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to gather together. Getting Around:
The house is located on the outskirts of Cheltenham, just a short drive or bus away from the centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is around 15 minutes in a taxi. There are also regular buses that run around the town, as well as further afield, which are all easy to pick up and navigate.
If you do decide to travel by car, you'll find one space in the garage and one on the driveway. Free parking is also available on the street outside the house. Cyclists are also welcome to use the garage for storing bikes.
