Ideal for a family stay, a getaway with friends, or a business trip, come discover the Gîte de la Mélinière! Located in Saint-Georges-des-Gardes, 3 km from the highest point in the department, your stay will be a source of relaxation in a small village of 15 inhabitants (or 5 "fires" as they say around here). Two dairy farms coexist here. The owners, Stéphane, Valérie, and their 3 children live in the adjoining house.

This independent, private gîte comprises:

- A living room with a lounge/dining room/TV/fireplace

- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm x 190cm)
- A bathroom with a shower
- Separate toilet

Outside, an enclosed courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and deckchairs will allow you to enjoy sunny days! You'll also have the opportunity to try your hand at taming Choupette the pony and the family's three little Ouessant sheep.

Rental rates include high-speed Wi-Fi (teleworkers welcome!), heating, and electricity. Additional charges include bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.

You'll be 3 km from the highest point in Maine-et-Loire (Saint-Georges-des-Gardes, with its monastery, orientation table, and playground), 20 minutes from the Coteaux du Layon and Loire vineyards (including the Loire à Vélo cycle route), 30 minutes from Angers, with its Terra Botanica nature park, castle, and historic city center, and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou. The cottage is also located 8 km from Chemillé-en-Anjou (the capital of medicinal plants, with its theater, the beautiful Camifolia botanical garden and its various activities, its municipal swimming pool, and its cinema) and 17 km from Cholet (known as the capital of handkerchiefs, with numerous activities available: water sports center, textile museums, monuments to the Vendée wars, ice rink, swimming pool, bowling, go-karting, laser tag, etc.).
