Unwind in this stunning brand new custom home that offers a serene white interior throughout. The house was lovingly curated to create the elegance of modern design and is one of the first homes in the world that RH (Restoration Hardware) created the layout for. Most of the furniture is custom, and all pieces were hand-picked for the residence.
Enjoy the sweeping views of the Spokane region including the mountains in the distance from the master bedroom, dining room, deck, office space, and even the indoor jacuzzi. The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood just a few minute walk from the golf course. Although downtown is less than a 15-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
The house is equipped with a multi-person sauna, an indoor jetted cryotherapy jacuzzi, three indoor natural gas fireplaces, and a private office. The private deck boasts a large custom couch, fire pit and barbecue. The home has three bedrooms (one King, one CalKing, and one Queen), two full baths, and two half baths as well as an additional shower next to the sauna and two two-car garages.
In the master bedroom, enjoy a natural gas fire while watching a movie on the 60" TV from a king-sized bed with blackout remote blinds. The master bathroom offers your choice between relaxing in the sauna or watching TV from the jetted jacuzzi. There's also a massive shower boasting two showerheads including a rain head and a bench in addition to a built in vanity and remote blinds.
Work from the private office using the 34" computer monitor (with cables included) while watching TV and keeping cozy with the office fireplace. Or curl up with a book on the infamously comfortable Restoration Hardware Chaise Lounge. The private office also has its own powder restroom with an exposed RH vanity sink.
The first guest room boasts a calking-sized bed and blackout remote blinds as well as a boucle seating area.
The second guest room offers a modern boucle queen-sized bed and soft cream interior.
