Air conditioning in the room cannot be controlled. Was asked to open the window or to be provided with a Fan if feels warm in the room. We were under the impression a quality hotel like Sheraton would have individually controlled air con in the room. Other than this, hotel was pleasant. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was decent. Gym was adequate. Laundry facilities high tech & adequate. Staff were mostly friendly and courteous. Keep it up.

Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)
