Stayed here years ago and you can see the age on the property now. The pillows are horrible. Bedding feels old. The citrus hygiene products are not pleasant smelling. The towels are old. The whole place needs a revamp.

On arrival we noticed that our room only had one luggage stand so we asked that another be brought to us, which was delivered within the hour. Also, two things were faulty when we arrived in our room. The issues were no heat control of the a/c - heater unit and no control of the TV. Two important items when staying close to a week and when it is freezing outside. The staff worked with me to resolve both issues by early in the next day. PS: The BW had just changed to Spectrum Cable the day before
