Very Cozy Cabin with a lot of charm. Wrap-around porch surrounds the cabin with rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view and the rushing creek below. This cozy cabin will be your home away from home. A spiral staircase takes you to the loft bedroom where the large window above the bed is your headboard and feel as though you are sleeping in the great outdoors.

The cabin sits half way up the mountain at approximately 3100 ft elevation. Perfect for enjoying the cool summer nights and the beautiful fall foliage. It is secluded, however, there are neighbors close enough for comfort and you are only 5 miles from Sylva North Carolina where you have all the latest restaurants as well as Super Walmart for your groceries and necessities. There is a GAS grill so you can grill should you choose.

There is plenty to do such as Harrahs Casino (20 minutes away) and a scenic train ride in Bryson City (20 minutes away). We are also only minutes from white water rafting, dirt-bike riding, ATV trails, tubing, shopping and lots more.

We enjoyed the location of the property being so close to many other lovely towns. It rained the whole week, but we enjoyed driving over to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge our first day there. We visited the Christmas Store and several other shops. Then, the other days, we visited a lot of other towns closer by and saw points of interest, visited thrift shops, consignment shops, restaurants, coffee shops and really enjoyed seeing all the pretty scenery and leaves on our drives. Our two dogs were welcome and enjoyed their stay. Steve and Denise are really nice people. I had to call on Steve when a breaker went out, and he had it fixed promptly. I loved the old doors in the cabin! The running mountain creek outside the cabin was beautiful. I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a pull on the inside of the bathroom door. Also, maybe a small table by the sofa to place a drink/phone, etc. O/W, no complaints.

We stayed the weekend for my birthday and the cabin was just the right size for us...my FAVORITE part of the cabin was the front porch, we stayed out on it more than we did inside, there is a small creek running in front so listening to it was really nice, I knew we would be in the woods so I bought bug spray...but thats gonna happen your in the woods but it wasn't really that bad...the only issue was the stairs in the living room are a little stepp so if your a really large person or REALLY bad knees you have have an issue but there is a sleeper sofa in the living room....another thing that I LOVED about the cabin was it was REALLY CLEAN!!!... the owners are very nice but we never seen them but if we needed them they was there

Perfect weekend trip!

My parnter and I needed a weekend trip to relax and recharge. This place was perfect! Its just the two of us and the space was perfect. The cabin is cute, clean and you can hear the creek anytime you are outside or if you open the windows! Also very close to town so there were plenty of options for us to choose from for daytime activities Very nice, we will back! back!

Perfect little getaway spot

And I and our small dog stayed for a long weekend. Property was peaceful along a sweet little stream. Neighbors or friendly. Property is in the woods so there's always going to be little bugs and such. But inside there were none. Was remarkably well kept

Had an awesome stay in this cabin. Very clean, and cozy. Easy check in and great people to rent from. Responded in a timely manner as well as being so nice. Perfection!

Decided on this place after reading the reviews, and so glad I did! Location was perfect and was a 15 - 20 minute drive to everywhere on our list to visit (Cherokee, Silva, Dillsboro, & Bryson city) and an hour to Gatlinburg. Cabin was perfect size for me and my other half all though a lot of laughs were had watching him go upstairs (6’3 and a bigger build) :) The wrap around porch was the perfect place to spend our mornings listening to the mountain side creek. Neighbors were friendly, and all though I wasn’t able to personally meet Steve and Denise as they were on their own vacation, they were in constant communication making sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Can’t wait to go back and already planning a trip for the summer!
